Once in my flight to London, sometime after the plane took off from the airport, I saw a young toddler aged about four or five running about in the airplane.

Her mother doesn’t seem to be bothered with her child’s behavior of running around like that and sometime crawling under other people’s seats.

I did wonder then why the child’s mother didn’t discipline her child to sit quietly at her sit. I wondered if she were aware of the danger letting her child running about like that.

Even the flight crews didn’t seem to be bothered about it. What if the child fall down accidentally and get injured? Parents traveling with children ought to control their children.

Of course, children are hard to control but if you are creative enough, you can make do something that prevent her from doing something that is dangerous and harmful.

You can for example, bring a long a book to read or a coloring book and occupy your child with some activities. See? There are things you can do to keep your child quiet.

Other than that, I have also seen many other unpleasant incidents.

I wonder if people who travel on airplane realize that it is important not just to protect their self but at the same time must have good etiquette of not to irritate and make the whole journey an unpleasant experience for other fellow passengers.

I admit I may sound as if I am complaining but this thing matters. Imagine you are on a flight somewhere and this person sitting next to you suddenly takes of his shoe and socks spreading bad smell without a warning.

Will you feel comfortable about it?

Or what if you are sitting in front of this person and suddenly you notice him propping his feet at your arm rest to make himself comfortable, would you feel nice?

Well, I have personally seen and experienced such situation and I am sure you will agree that such incidents wouldn’t be nice.

So think about it for a moment. If you have the habit of doing such things, the next time you are on airplane, avoid doing it. The golden rule remains true in all case. Do unto others as you would want them to do unto you.

It starts with you. Everyone must take the responsibility to make the flight a pleasant experience. If others can learn this and change their bad behavior in airplane, the journey will definitely be a pleasant one.
